Looking to rent out my condo that I recently purchased. I’m looking to get 1475 for rent with the HOA included. Utilities will be covered by the tenants. Minimum 6 month lease. If we do a longer lease we can talk about lowering the rent. I am also opened to renting out individual rooms. So message me to discuss that option. It is the 3rd level unit but lots of peace and quiet. It will come partially furnished if the tenants like the furniture and tv’s that are already mounted up but if not. They can be removed.
