I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 4th west apts in a 2br 2 ba apt starting October and option to renew lease end of January. $1100 before utilities. Utilities usually around $100 a month. Private bath and walk in closet. Other housemate is flight attendant gone half the time. Moving out of state so looking to find someone by October or earlier!
