This is a single room in a shared home. Room is 11x11 and includes a king size bed (optional). It has a private en suite bathroom and shower. Common areas include a living room, a tv room, a kitchen and a laundry room. less than ten minute walk to bus stop that goes to canyons and 10 minute drive to all shopping including Trader Joe's and Target. 20 min drive to down town. It is gender agnostic so women or men are welcome. I own the home and live on site. It is important to me that everyone here get along and feel safe in their living space so a proper personality fit is of the utmost importance. Current tenants include 3 working professional males ranging from 25 - 40. I do not have a lease but do require a lease agreement which is just rules you agree to follow. No couples. No Pets.
