I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment. It is a two story unit with a living room, a dining room, a furnished kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. You will have to pass a credit and background check from the owners. The lease ends July 31st with the opportunity to sign a year long lease at the end.
