Your rent will be $1050/month and utilities will be flat rate of $100. You will get your own bathroom, 2 rooms, and a parking spot in the garage. Laundry is on site. The shared common areas will be furnished. I have a little dog, no more pets are allowed. The downstairs is rented out, but has a separate entrance. Must pass credit and background check.
