We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, unfurnished mother-in-law basement apartment for rent. The unit features a separate entry, full kitchen with pantry, dish washer, your own washer and dryer, large closets and central air. Out back, there is a large, shared yard with a great deck that's perfect for BBQ's! The house is on a quiet, beautiful, tree-lined street.  It's a great location with highly rated schools nearby (Highland Park Elementary, Hillside Middle School, and Highland High School). It has quick access to the freeway.  Bike and bus routes lead easily to downtown and to the University of Utah.  You can also walk or bike over to Sugarhouse Park, grocery stores, the Sugarhouse movie theater,  great restaurants, and shopping.  All are just a few minutes away on foot, bike or by car. We (Amber and Rob) are the owners and live upstairs. Amber works at the University of Utah. Rob works at monument. We love spending our free time staying active.  Rock climbing and biking are our favorites, but we're happy to pursue just about any adventure that comes our way! Our two children also keep us busy. We are flexible and could do a month to month or sign a longer term lease if desired.  The rent is $1,300 per month plus $200 in utilities if you sign a year lease. If you prefer month-to-month we will increase the rent to $1,400 plus $200 in utilities. No Pets.
