I’m looking to rent out the spare bedroom in my house to a NON-LDS female in their 30’s. If you’d like to rent it furnished that is an option for an additional $50 monthly rent. It’ll be month to month with first and last months rent due up front. I’m ok with a small dog/cat for an additional $300 deposit and additional $50 monthly rental fee, but my yard isn’t fully fenced yet so you’d have to work around that. There are two garages so plenty of space for storage/getting creative.
