The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully outfitted kitchen. It is 0.5 block from the #4 bus to campus on Foothill, and 1.5 blocks to the #21 bus to campus at 1700S and 2100E. Two grocery stores are in walking distance (less than 0.5 mile), one of which is in Foothill Village with other shops and restaurants. The lease runs from August 2022 to August 2023, but the room could be available July 1, 2021 if a 13-month lease is preferred. Rent is $675/month and includes water, sewer, internet, garbage and recycling, roommates will split gas and electric. If you wish to pay 6 months in advance, it is $650/month.
