One room for rent on the eastern side of Hurricane, fairly close to Laverkin. The room will be available at the beginning of March. Rent is 475 a month which includes all utilities plus wifi. The room will be rented on a month to month basis. Upon moving in I will need a security deposit, first and last month's rent upfront (calculate this yourself and don't contact me if its not within your means). The pink room that appears in the photos is the room for rent. I'm happy to repaint it if you would like. Any and all potential roommates are welcome. No pets. It is a three bedroom house and I (Greg) live in one of the rooms and have one other roommate. There is a washer and dryer. The place is 1400 square feet and has a yard in the back. On and off street parking are both available. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood, most of the neighbors are older folks or young families. The drive into Saint George is about twenty/thirty minutes.
