We are walking distance to everything that is going on in Sugarhouse. 1 block from Fairmont park. 1 block from the S line, 2 blocks from Smith's, and a 10 minute walk to the center of Sugarhouse. We are looking for 1-2 roommates to occupy the 2 rooms in the upstairs (groundfloor) of the house. They are currently setup as a bedroom and an office, as the office room is a fair bit smaller. There is a bathroom upstairs for exclusive use by the occupants of these rooms. The rest of the upstairs living space (kitchen, dining room, and living room) is shared space with a quite, respectful, young adult male roommate who occupies a room in the basement. You will also have access to the backyard, which contains a mature pear tree and a small fire pit, as well as to the laundry facilities in the basement. We would prefer to sublease the two rooms together for $1450, but will consider renting them out separately. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. Move-in, move-out dates are flexible. Will consider pets.
