We need to relocate for work purposes, and are looking for someone to take over the remaining four months of our lease. Once the four months is up, you would be able to renew the lease if you so choose. The apartment is a very nice space with modern appliances, spacious rooms, large walk in closets, and a mix of hardwood and carpet flooring. The access to Trax & UTA bus routes to and from U of U, the freeway, and Sugarhouse is extremely convenient. There are also multiple grocery stores within a few minutes drive or bike ride.
