This is at The Zeller Apartments, 2255 S 300 E, I am already living here with my two cats (well behaved) would be a great opportunity for a travel nurse or someone who just needs to live in Sugarhouse for that time. Rent is $800 + utilities a month, utilities can be up to $150 on your part, but it's usually about $100 per person, you get your own bathroom which is offset to the kitchen, cats mostly stay in my room. Decently sized room and a big walk in closet. Open to a dog if they’re good with my cats. I work from home. Heated Pool, hot tub and 2 gyms, rooftop deck with grills, ping pong tables by the pool, parking available on the street however you can also pay $75 a month for a parking spot (I typically just street park). Washer and dryer in unit. South facing sunlight comes in beautifully every day. Please be decently clean with the living areas. Amazing view and balcony.
