Room available in college house close to the University of Utah campus while I am doing a study abroad this upcoming semester. Preferably tenet would be young, college age male (20-22) with decent cleanliness and comfortable around 3 other roommates (all 20 year old people). Bed will be provided, as well as desk, wardrobes and monitor (if wanted). Bathroom is separate, but private, and has a toilet/shower. Access to kitchen/couches/television/bbq/laundry/garage is always available. 1 roommate is upstairs [son of the landlord, who is very easy going], 2 are downstairs with their own kitchen/bathroom setup. All are easy going and very friendly. Utilities are split 4 ways once a month, usually range $85-100. Available 2/4 to 6/30.
