I've got a room for rent in my house in the Taylorsville West Jordan area. I'm an adult male who lives there full time with my son and one other male. The house has new carpet and paint and the bathrooms were just remodeled. I'm looking for people who are mature, clean, and respectful. No drugs of any kind or smoking. I have a hypoallergenic dog, but will not accept any other pets. One person per room with shared bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. Must have steady income. First months rent and $250 deposit due at move in. Deposit is refundable minus $50 cleaning fee.
