The house has been newly remodeled with new laminate flooring upstairs and down. The dish washer is new and the stove is a little over a year old. Appliances are basic. The interior has recently been painted and the cleaning has been extreme. There is a large family room downstairs. The living room shows a fireplace but it is simply for show and decoration. It is not to be used. There is a two car garage and some yard equipment (lawn mower and electric lawn edger). The driveway is shared with the tenants living in the back. They have the west most part of the driveway leaving room for the house tenants to access the garage. The backyard is shared with a couple living in a one bedroom mother-in-law apartment. Tenant has electricity and gas placed in their name. Covers both units. The other tenants cover the cost of water, waste pickup and sewer. There are hookups for a washer and gas dryer in the basement laundry room.
