Welcome to your cozy apartment in Ogden, Utah! This basement has two bedrooms, one bath, and an open kitchen/living space. There is plenty of natural light. The entire basement is newly remodeled with carpet in the bedrooms and engineered wood floors in the main space (the refrigerator is not shown in the pictures). Outside, you can enjoy our front yard or the fenced backyard where we have fruit trees, lilac bushes, and a patio. There is easy access to Weber State University, restaurants, grocery stores, and Ogden Canyon! We have two dogs that will occupy the backyard most of the day. They are very sweet and always looking for new friends! Included in the rent is internet, electricity, and water. Renters are responsible for buying renters insurance.
