Currently living there are 3 of us: me in the basement, and on the 2nd floor would be your shared wall neighbor who is deaf, and down the hall is someone in the master bedroom. The main floor has a kitchen, living room and half bath that we all would share. I'll be in the basement with my 5 year old son. I'm not picky, I won't do a background check nor do I care about your lifestyle, religion, gender or age. I pay for utilities, internet, and HOA. I do require a few things: *must have a full time job and proof of it *no smokers *no drugs *in* my house *alcohol is allowed, but no parties or partying by any means. Drink only in your room or off the property *i don't want anymore pets in my house as I have 3 cats already (they'll stay in the basement with me, though) *can respect an unwritten "quiet time" policy after 10pm each night (simply don't do loud things after 10pm lol) *1 vehicle per adult max (if you have more or want more parking, the HOA does allow you to purchase parking passes).
