You'll have your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. You'll have two fun male roommates in their upper 20's that I've enjoyed. You'll have a yard and a garage. The garage has an 220V outlet in it that's capable of fulling charging an EV overnight. There's a full size kitchen and dining area. There's also washer and dryer hookups that you can use. One of the best parts about this rental is there's an unfinished basement where you can store extra things, set up a hobby, or something. This is a nice place to live. We're looking for someone who appreciates a clean space and is willing to help us take care of this house. We're also looking for someone who doesn't smoke or drink at the house.
