We are renting a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with a queen size mattress, a dresser, and a nightstand but if you have your own furniture we can remove the current furniture from there. You have a walk-in closet. You get your own private fridge and pantry space. You can use all kitchen appliances and cooking supplies. Shared laundry room. All utilities are included and free Wi-Fi. Street parking. The room is ready for occupancy. No pets. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol. Furnishings or unfurnished. Washer and dryer to share. Deposit is $595. Refundable $400 if no major repairs are needed. Rent includes all utilities.
