Plus, walking and biking trails are right outside the back gate and the back yard borders protected wetlands with great views where we regularly see deer, fox, pheasant, etc. Washer and dryer inside unit, lots of closet space, and the unit is about 1250 Sq ft. I can do either a 6 or 12 month lease with the option to stay longer. There is a flat $100 a month charge for utilities (high speed wifi included.) So total rent with all utilities is $1550. There is only parking available for 1 vehicle. Yes, there is guest parking available, but only looking to rent to tenant(s) with 1 vehicle, so this is ideal for a single person or single parent. Dedicated spot is the RV pad on the driveway leading directly in to the back yard and entrance to the apartment. Please only 1 vehicle. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest park with many other parks nearby and a 12 minute walk to Utah Lake. I do have 2 dogs that often stay in the back yard, but the apartment entrance has a fence around it keeping it completely private so the dogs cannot access. Please no other pets. Really, I have never even allowed my own dogs in the basement and want to keep it entirely pet free. The dogs are overly friendly and tenant is welcome to enjoy the back yard. Also, absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. This is a nice apartment only 1 year old in a great neighborhood. It is 5 minutes from I-15, but in a quiet area. Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at lease signing.
