It includes a bedroom, private bath with tub and shower, walk-in closet, your own living room in the basement, extra storage space, as well as access to the whole main floor. The main floor shares a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room, living room and office/reading nook, as well as a washer and dryer. The upstairs rooms have 2 women renters with 1 cat. We are looking for a non-smoker who will not be drinking alcohol or using drugs. Utilities are included. Rent is $995 per month.
