Hello! I'm looking for a great new tenant to rent out the entire basement floor of my house in Liberty Wells. This includes a large bedroom, a small living area (big enough for a love seat / small couch), brand new bathroom, and private entrance on the side of the house. Ideally you are someone clean, respectful, professional, not bringing the party home, and possibly work out of the house at least some days of the week (I work from home everyday). Also, must love dogs! I have a 6 yr old German Shepard and she is the sweetest girl - open to another dog if it's a good fit. I'm a woman in my 30s and love to be active outside every second I'm not working :) Rent is $900/month, plus $50/month to split Google Fiber internet. Lease starts December 1st or we can prorate if you'd prefer to move in just after Thanksgiving. Ideal lease length is 8-12 months. Thanks!
