I am an Asian lady with a house in East Murray near the Intermountain Clinic at about Highland Drive and 6200 South. This is a great neighborhood because it is close to shopping and entertainment. The HOA is located in a sought-after gated community just off of Highland (Monte Cristo). Of course, there is city bus service along Highland. There is a parking spot for you in a parking lot inside the gate - very near to the townhouse. You will be provided a remote control for the gate. The one bedroom is in my basement and the basement has microwave, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. This is in addition to the main floor kitchen. My house is a quiet house with mostly mature people living here. An exception is my UofU daughter. The HOA has a pool, basketball court, a children's play ground, a sauna, and a club house. My townhouse has a back deck and great view of the mountains. Just a little bit north of my house are the many shopping centers on Highland and just South is Fort Union Blvd with hundreds of shops and restaurants. No Smoking or Vaping on the Property. No pets. The rental contract is for at least 6 months.
