This rebate is valid, under the condition of no breach of lease contract. During the lease period, no pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no subletting, and no violations of HOA rules/CC&R. Before purchase, please understand that it is a rental relationship, as usual. I am willing to consider your proposed rental months before purchase, and best offers.
