Schedule to see the space before applying, text 801-870-8861 The space is ready for move in although we're still improving the backyard Lease term can be month-to-month (we may charge a higher deposit), but can be a standard 1-year lease, or longer. ------------------------------------------ More pics to come! ------------------------------------------ All wood floors and fenced yard - Great for pet owners! Included: Washer/dryer Fridge Dishwasher (Repl. 2018) Gas stove/range (Repl. 2025) Gas water heater (Repl. 2023) Evap. cooler (Repl. 2020) Window A/C (Repl. 2025) Forced-air heat Garden beds Pros: -Pet friendly -Recently renovated/updated -No carpet -Basement great for storage (~900sqft upstairs, ~600sqft unfinished basement with 4ft shelf) -Driveway, carport, and (small) garage -Large bathtub -Fenced backyard -Only 1 neighbor bordering backyard -Google Fiber ready -Utilities inexpensive -Local landlord (not a management company), who previously lived in the house, and knows its quirks Cons: -The house is from 1925 and has the associated creaks, quirks, and small layout. We've modernized many things, but the bones are still 100 years old -No central A/C, but the evap cooler and window A/Cs keep the temp nice -It's a small space! Great for a couple, or a roommate situation, but may be tight for a large family -2nd bedroom is 30% smaller than 1st bedroom, but is great for an office or craft space (it does have a closet and it fits a queen bed) -Bathroom is very small, but has a bathtub and shower updated in 2019 -Neighbor is currently selling their house, so we do not know anything about the eventual new neighbor -It's on a corner so there's a lot of sidewalk to salt/shovel in the winter. Some years were easy, but some were not -Being a local landlord means we can help quickly if something breaks, we care about our tenants, and we hold ourselves to fairly high standards. We hold our tenants to reasonable standards, and expect them to be decent to the neighbors, neighborhood, and the property. We've had good tenants and bad tenants, and we do our best to help and support good tenants, but are quick to legally remove bad tenants.
