The Townhome is located in Roy it is in a secluded neighborhood lots of families and older couples liver there. Close to to I-15 Hill Field and shopping centers. We looking for a small family, single, or couple to lease our townhome for 1 year. We have owned the townhome for 12 years and manage it ourselves. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave are about 2 years old. There is a playground for the townhomes to share. We cannot show the unit till August 22 and it will be ready to rent September 1st. The unit is unfurnished. Has a 2 car garage and a unfinished basement for lots of storage or extra TV, or exercise room.
