Raintree student lease! This lease is for a shared room at Raintree, great roommates and ward SUPER close to BYU, 30 minute walk, easy bus access to BYU, BYU shuttle stops outside complex every day! Currently attached to building 11 (very convenient, same building as the laundry and gym), but can be moved to any Raintree unit with an opening, including a women's unit. This lease has currently been renewed until August 2027. You could sell it before then if done or renew again at that point. I will pay half of September's rent if you sign a lease transfer by the 5th!
