Looking for a male roommate. It is a three bedroom two bath condo. You would have a room to yourself and your own bathroom (shared with any visitors or guests). I do have a cat that is very friendly. Pets are ok, as long as they are house trained and will get along with a cat. Security deposit is $500 without a pet, $700 if you have a pet, monthly rent is $600 (utilities included). I'm fairly easy going, I just expect you to be pretty clean and organized and be easy going too.
