This home is located on a farm and has an occupied home next door. The home is actually in Sharon Idaho which is 15 minutes from Montpelier. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to rent this home. There may be tractors driving in front of the house and horses and cows are near the property at times. Would need to be able to keep the house and the yard clean.
