I just got married a month ago and moved to my husband’s house. I decided to rent 3 rooms in my house. I’ve already rented out 1 room for 1 person. I’m looking for a couple more amazing people to rent the rooms. Each room will be $1000. I’m looking for someone who will keep my house as ideally clean as it is now. I’d like to find someone with no pets or kids. No smoking, no partying. I already have all the furniture, appliances, utensils…everything you will need. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and have one bathroom. There’s a big backyard, very open and spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms (one with a fire place).
