Selling my men's contract at the crestwood apt. Rent plus utilities is $434 until august when it goes up to $534 and will be remodeled. I've renewed, so the lease will last until august 2022. The ward is really great and welcoming. There's also a pool and hot tub as well as a clubhouse. I will have a months worth of rent paid when you move in. It is BYU approved student housing.
