All the windows in the house are new, and appliances are in great condition, with a new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, heater/air conditioner, water heater, and water softener. Parking includes a dedicated spot right in front of the apartment. There are also tons of parking spots along the street right next to the complex, for tenants, and visitors, and many dedicated visitor parking spots within the complex. The complex is in a nice quiet community, and yet is in close proximity to many businesses and facilities, being right off State Street in Orem. We are a short 11 min drive from UVU, and 16 min drive to BYU. There is also a UTA bus stop right outside the complex on State Street, where the 850 passes, and the 862 bus runs close by along 1600 N.
