Must pass background, criminal record and credit check. Application fee $35.00. Proof of income required. Minimum 6 months contract. $550.00 (room upstairs) per month , $500.00 deposit. Note that all other areas are considered as common areas. Renter must keep all personal belongings in the rented room only.
