I am looking for a roommate to take the primary bedroom and bathroom in the duplex I am renting. I am the only other person living in the unit. The primary bedroom and bathroom are on their own floor, separate from the other living spaces. The unit is in a great location, has lots of open space, natural light, a great kitchen, and a great shaded back yard with a deck. I work from home so I use the two upstairs bedrooms (one as an office) and bathroom. I am a 32 year old male, born and raised in SLC. I enjoy many outdoor activities including hiking, camping, golfing, skiing, etc.
