Used washer and dryer are available for purchase. Last year we finished an extensive remodel on this unit. The kitchen has beautiful, brand new granite countertop, farmhouse sink and a nice subway tile backsplash. The bathroom has new subway tile shower/tub surround and new vanity. The living room and bedrooms have brand new carpet, with new luxury vinyl throughout the rest of the unit. It is a walk-out basement, so it has a private covered entrance. There is a nice tree-shaded back yard that is great for a BBQ. Utilities of $125 would be payable each month to cover gas, garbage, water and sewer.
