Parking for 1 car available. Private bedroom comes furnished with a Queen size bed, mattress, mattress cover, top sheet, pillows, pillow cases, quilt, towels, hangers, luggage rack and 4-drawer dresser. Rent = $700/month + $500 cleaning/damage deposit required ($400 of cleaning/damage deposit is refundable if the apartment is left clean and undamaged). ***Utilities are included under normal usage*** (High-speed WiFi, electric, heat, water, air, sewer, garbage and natural gas).
