This is a cute little home. The inside has all been refinished. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms and family room. Tile in kitchen and bathroom. You may notice in the pictures that we are in the middle of finishing touches after the last renters moved out after almost ten years. We miss them. We will continue cleaning to get it ready for you. We just are anxious to make it available as soon as possible. It has a nice sun room with washer dryer hook ups and a fully fenced back yard. Pets are welcome for an extra monthly fee. We are looking for renters with LDS standards i.e. no smoking, no drinking, no illicit drugs, no foul language, positive neighborhood involvement, no late night noisy parties.
