The House: has a ready to use hot tub, back deck, is situated just below the Bonneville shoreline trail, and is a 5min walk to the North Side Flight Park if you Paraglide. The house is currently unfurnished. I will purchase furnishings once 1 or 2 people are on lease and I have a picture of what furniture items are still needed. There is an unfinished room on the mid-level of the house that will be the gear storage location for anyone in the house. The garage is free for anyone to use for storage or parking. Utilities: are mostly covered by myself, the owner, including high speed internet. A $50/mo flat utility fee is requested to help average out the peak summer/winter costs. The ideal renter is: respectful of others in the house, and is tidy. Working Professionals, paragliders, BASE Jumpers, skiers, climbers or other outdoor enthusiasts are all excellent fits for the area and the culture I hope to have in this house. The other Rental spots in the house: There will be 2 others renting in the house; the person with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a room downstairs. Myself: I am 36 and a working professional. I will be maintaining a room at this house for myself but I will be spending the work weeks at my other house in bountiful due to working further north. I paraglide, speedfly, climb, and BASE Jump on weekends which is when I will be here for a night or so each weekend.
