This is a great house with one bedroom and one shared bath for rent. Lower level and other bedroom is already being rented out. Kitchen, washer and dryer, along with fridge/pantry space is shared with the other renters. Washer and dryer are less then 8 months old. Every room has a fresh coat of paint.
