Hello! I have one room left for rent in my gorgeous new home. The location is super close to many grocery stores and shopping areas, close to Weber State (for students), and within five minutes from the freeway. The rooms available share a bathroom but each person gets their own sink. Absolutely no smoking allowed (cigarettes, vaping, weed, etc.), no drugs, no pets, and single occupants only. Background check will also be conducted. Utilities are separate from rent and usually run about $100 each month (water, trash, sewer, 1.2 gbps internet, gas, electricity).
