I am a female University of Utah student looking for 1 roommate. I have found several 3 bed 2 bath options that I would like to rent. The rent would be around $700 for the primary bedroom (with a private bath) or around $530 for one of the other bedrooms (shared bath), plus a third of the utilities. All the options I have found are about 20 minutes from the University of Utah via car. I have a lot of kitchen stuff (plates, bowls, Tupperware) and bathroom stuff (shower curtain, bath mats), as well as a vacuum and Roomba. I also have two cats, so if you have any allergies, this will not be a good fit. The lowest rent for a room is $505 for a private room and shared bathroom. The security deposit is around $600, which we would split between the three of us. I already have one roommate, so we only need one more. Edit: We are trying to move by the end of September.
