I have an upstairs bedroom available across the hallway. The price is $675 and includes everything (water, sewage, garbage, electric, gas, internet, and I include my Netflix since we don't have cable) You are responsible for cleaning and your own food. The room is 15x12 with a closet. There is a separate bathroom that would be for you and your belongings, but it is the bathroom that people tend to use while in the upstairs due to it's location. 1 drive way space available no pets / however there are 3 dogs that live in the upstairs. You can choose to let them come in or shut your door. Downstairs basement apartment is rented by my cousin (28 male and his boyfriend 30 male) (so must be LGBTQ friendly). 3rd apartment is rented by a friend of mine male 24 years old. It's a big property close to parks and walkways and walking distance to smiths. I'm lucky to have this home. My reason for renting this room is to spend the money on making the place look nice remodeling. This is my home and would be living in the bedroom across the hall from me. So I am looking for a individual with no overnight guests for this arrangement.
