I'm selling my mens contract for the Lodges at Glenwood apt 105! I'm moving out on April 20th and the contract lasts until August. It's a great apartment at low cost and the amenities here are pretty nice and convenient. Staff's awesome and really helpful as well. Rent is normally $309 per month from April till August, with $40 flat rate utilities. HOWEVER I'll be subsidizing 25% of your rent. That will make your rent at a rate of only $225 per month. The layout of the apartment includes a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Each room is shared, though it's plenty of space on my side (the far one away from the door). This contract is for that spot only. The Lodges at Glenwood is located right across from BYU and it separated into 4 buildings: two men, and two women. This apartment is strictly men only.
