I've recently bought a really nice condo and I'd like a MALE roommate to share the expenses. You will get the master suite with its own bathroom, ceiling fan, and 3 closets! There are only 2 bedrooms in the 1350 square foot condo, which means every room is large. The kitchen has lots of storage and there's even a separate dining room. I'm still collecting furniture, so whether you want the condo furnished or not I'm flexible; let me know what you prefer. There's a 2 car garage with room for your car as well as storage. We even have our own small patio and lawn area, to BBQ or lounge in. The condo complex has a clubhouse, picnic area and in the summertime you can have fun in the pool. We'll split the sewer, electric, natural gas, and internet utility costs. You will need to get your own renter's insurance.
