I am selling my BYU off-campus housing contract. It goes until August 2021 with the option to sign for the next year. The bedroom is the large with a walk in closet and on suite bathroom. It comes with a reserved covered parking spot. Only five minutes from campus! Roommates are very nice and the ward is awesome! I'm looking to move out anytime but would really like to move out before January 1st. December rent has been covered.
