ISO of 1 roomie, working the 9-5. I work at the university and not looking to party, it's more of a cookout hang vibe. I already have a doggie, sorry! She basically lives in my room and you forget she's here, kind of like myself :) I ski in the winter and swim in the summer. 3bd, 1ba, recently renovated, upgraded kitchen, lots of light. Utilities are included, Amazon prime TV, google fiber. Not LDS, BLM, progressive friendly, I eat meat, you don't have to, etc. I try to keep it clean, some days are better than others! I got the vacuum, Windex, Swiffer, toilet cleaner, rags, etc. Lots of storage and your room will have a closet, it's currently occupied so I took a picture of the other room and its closet.
