We will pay the first month of rent once your application has been approved and the lease is assumed! There is a fee for transferring the lease over through the leasing office ($550 - includes the application fee), which we will cover for the new leasee(s) taking over the lease. Already saving you $2500+ :). About the apartment: This is a 2 bed/ 2 bathroom apartment set up in a roommate style floor layout. The apartment is only a year+ old with new everything. The apartment has large windows (lots of sunlight!) that have a direct view of the Wasatch mountains and a lot of living space. The apartment also has a lot of storage space, a patio facing the mountains, walking access to the UTA trax, and great access to Sandy shopping centers, Target, and only a few minutes away from the interstate. The apartment building has a pool, gym, patios with grills, and an Amazon drop box. We have loved living in this apartment and are sad to be leaving the area. Base rent for the 2 bedroom is $2147 per month, $40 for garage parking, $125 amenity/media package (include high speed internet, electronic key to door and security codes).
