This is a lovely, two-bedroom/two-bath, Edelweiss Haus condominium at the base of Park City Mountain. No car needed! 5 min walk to Park City Mountain Resort, Twenty minute walk to Main Street. Free shuttle bus right out front door that takes you uptown every half hour or anywhere else you want to go in Park City. Remodeled last summer, 3 large screen TVs, free internet, pool, spa, sauna and paid laundry. Bedrooms are separated by the living space, which adds privacy. Both bedrooms and the living room have large screen TVs. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator. Breakfast bar and counters are granite. The pool and spa are open in summer 10am -10pm and in winter from 4pm-10pm. Glass is not allowed in pool/spa area and children 12 and under must be accompanied by adults. A laundry room is available, quarters needed. A vehicle can be parked in garage or in the exterior lots on Empire or Woodside Avenue. This is on a first come/first served basis. All vehicles must display a valid parking permit. Trash is to be placed in the dumpster located on Woodside Avenue. From Unit 116, turn left and go down stairs into parking garage. Go through outside door and dumpster is on the right at the end of the building. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am each day. Please be respectful of your neighbors! First and last month required as well as a $500 deposit. The last month rent may be paid over three months. Deposit may be refundable upon inspection of property upon leaving.
