You'll have a private entrance via the back of the home, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer hookups available, and 1 off street parking spot on the driveway per room. The kitchen and living room will be shared amongst the tenants in the basement. Couples must rent 2 rooms. 600 per room with a 400 non refundable deposit. Utilities are split evenly amongst tenants.
