This is a single room, unfurnished, with a shared bath. There are three tennants in the condo. There is a shared kitchen and living area. All utilities are included. The location is close to traverse mountain shopping and minutes to the freeway. Parking is on the street. I am gone most of the time, work, pickleball, gym, biking anything recreation.
